Some of you have expressed a desire to stay within the confines of Neptune for our 35th reunion..... Unfortunately, there aren't any venues with the capacity or ambiance of McLoones or Chico's in Neptune. My question is, what's the big deal? We'd only be gathering in Asbury, not pledging our allegiance to it! With the exception of one, all our reunions have been held outside Neptune. If any of you can come up with a viable alternative, please let us know!

Another passing. Carolyn Michele Aponte she was 35 years young.Carolyn passed in 1987 as reported by her niece to Dearly Departed NHS.

I found out today that William Charles Brown passed September 14 2009. His sister confirmed this info. Rest in Peace Will.

I saw on the list of classmates who have passed that Sid Kaplan died. Does anyone know anything about that? That just made me feel awful that I didn't know that....

I was so pleased to see the photos that were offered from the big reunion that I MISSED. It looks like everyone was having a great time at all three events. That is the important thing. There are still a couple of you that I cannot identify, but I will figure out who you are sooner or later.

The Class of 77 Reunion was OFF THE CHAIN. It was a brilliant idea to spread it out over a weekend to give us a chance to really reconnect. I had a blast and so did my husband. The cocktail reception was fun and gave us time to try to figure out who was who. Thank you Wayne for not "nominating" me as an ugly duckling. I was sweating bullets for a few minutes there. The tour of the school blew me away and made us all truly proud. Kelly's was fun - I'd never set foot in there before in my life. The cookout was the perfect capstone to a wonderful weekend. Kevin - my husband is finally satisfied to have found the ONE person willing to dish dirt on me. Thanks a lot, old friend. Jim and Harvey, my pictures are on the way. Kudos to those who worked so hard to bring us all together. You deserve our thanks and much more. I'm looking forward to the 35th and will do whatever arm twisting is necessary to get even more of the Class of 77 out to celebrate life, memories and friendship.

I prepared a return e-mail and attempted to send it out to you however I got a "failure to send" notice each time I tried to send it to you. I tried three times and got the same notice each time.
