Steven Neuman
Steve Neuman, 62, passed away on May 13, 2021. Steve was born in Queens, N.Y. on March 31, 1959. His family relocated to Brick, N.J. in 1960 and then moved to Neptune in 1964. He attended Neptune Township Public Schools and graduated in 1977.
He went on to work at Electronic Measurements (now TDK-Lambda) in Neptune for over 20 years.
Steve was predeceased by his dad Johannes, in 1998 and his loving Aunt Doris, in 2001.
Steve is survived by his mom Barbara, his twin brother John, his daughters Stephanie Laskow and Kristin Neuman. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law Debbie, niece Emily and nephew Tyler, along with many N.Y. cousins and lifelong friends.
Steve was always willing to lend a hand, and his skills/knowledge allowed him to build/fix anything. He will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held on Wed. May 19, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at Ely Funeral Home, 3316 State Highway 33, Neptune, NJ 07753. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you kindly make a donation to “A Better Way Sober Living Inc.” which is John’s Residential Housing for men in recovery from addiction. This will allow men without funds, the fees to move from treatment into our homes.
